Lynn is a Traumatic Grief and Loss Therapist, EMDR Therapist, Art Therapist, and Licensed Independent Mental Health Provider in private practice in Grand Island, Nebraska. Additionally, Lynn is a grief author and artist; her books are A Book About Me and A Place Called Sorrow: Loss and the Search for Meaning.
The Seasons of Sorrow are inspired by the sights and sounds of nature. Original watercolor pencil drawings and a digital editing process result in colorful and dynamic art. Most of Lynn's work tells the Sacred Story of the impact of That Moment when we suffer a loss and transformational healing of the broken heart, and embracing grief through the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasons of Sorrow. Other pieces inspire happiness and whimsical spirits.
I meet clients where they are in Sorrow: at the beginning of the grief journey, spinning circles or stuck somewhere in the middle, or near the end of their grief journey.
